It is important that you carefully read and understand the refund policy in order to have full knowledge of the privileges and limitations governed by the Elite Book Publishing's Policy. It is your obligation to read these Terms and Conditions before submitting any Order and/ or payment to this Website.

REVISIONS

Each package includes revision rounds as described in your written service agreement or package details. Revisions are available within five (5) to ten (10) days after we deliver work and mark the order as waiting for customer approval. The exact revision window depends on the package you purchased.

Once work is delivered for review, request revisions by emailing your assigned project manager or contacting us at info@elitebookpublishingllc.com. Revision requests should explain what needs to change so we can match the original brief and agreed scope.

After an order is fulfilled, you may edit the delivered Word files yourself before publishing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain ownership rights to the completed manuscript delivered to you.

REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to services purchased from Elite Book Publishing LLC (“Elite Book Publishing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, formatting, cover design, publishing guidance, and related custom creative services offered through this website.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order or making a payment. By submitting payment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase our services.

1. Nature of Our Services

Most of our work is custom creative and consulting work prepared specifically for you. Once research, outlining, writing, editing, design, or project setup has begun, that work generally cannot be resold to another customer. For that reason, refunds are limited and depend on how much work has already been completed.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@elitebookpublishingllc.com. Please include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Order or invoice reference (if available)
  • Service purchased and payment date
  • A clear reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting details or documents

Requests sent only through chat, social media, or phone may not be processed until confirmed by email. We typically review refund requests within five (5) to ten (10) business days after receiving complete information.

3. When a Refund May Be Available

  • Before work substantially begins: If you cancel within three (3) months of payment and we have not substantially started your project (for example, no outline, draft, design file, or research package has been produced), you may request a refund review. Any promotional discount applied at purchase may reduce the refundable amount. A reasonable administrative fee may be deducted for payment processing and onboarding.
  • Change of mind after work has started: If you cancel for personal or financial reasons unrelated to our performance after work has begun, a partial refund of up to thirty percent (30%) of the amount paid may be considered, less the value of work already completed and non-recoverable costs.
  • Work does not match the agreed written scope: If delivered work materially fails to match the written brief, package description, or scope we confirmed with you, contact us first so we can revise the work within the revision policy. If we cannot reasonably cure the issue through revisions, we may offer a fair remedy, which may include a partial refund, service credit, or another resolution based on the project status.
  • Duplicate or unauthorized payment: If you were charged twice in error, or a payment was made without authorization and verified by our billing review, we will refund the duplicate or unauthorized amount after confirmation.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Unless required by applicable law, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Sample, exploratory, or trial work that has already been delivered
  • Completed milestones, drafts, edited chapters, design files, or other deliverables already provided to you
  • Services marked as rush, priority, or custom one-off consulting once work has started
  • Third-party costs already paid on your behalf (for example, stock assets, filing fees, or platform fees), if any were approved in writing
  • Orders canceled more than three (3) months after the payment date, except where required by law or approved by us as a special case
  • Dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preference after the agreed scope has been met and revision rounds have been used or declined

5. Revisions Before Refunds

If you are unhappy with a deliverable, please request revisions first under the Revisions section above. Many concerns can be resolved by clarifying the brief and updating the work. A refund request made only because you prefer a different creative direction, after we have followed the original instructions, may be declined or limited to a partial amount.

6. How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider and may take several business days after we approve the refund. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment processor.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us at info@elitebookpublishingllc.com or (281) 602-7114 before opening a chargeback or payment dispute so we can review your concern. Filing a chargeback without first giving us a reasonable chance to resolve the issue may delay resolution. We may provide the payment processor with project records, delivery confirmations, and communications related to your order.

8. Our Decision and Updates

Elite Book Publishing LLC reviews each eligible request in good faith and may approve, deny, or offer an alternate remedy (such as revisions or account credit) based on project status, documentation, and this policy. This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this website at the time of your purchase applies to that order, unless a signed written agreement states otherwise.
